Absolutely not! Our activities are suitable for complete beginners. Before every ride, our certified guides provide a full safety briefing and a short practice session so you feel confident before heading out into the desert.
The minimum age to ride a quad bike or buggy independently is 16 years old. Children aged 6 and above can ride as a passenger with an adult. Camel rides and desert dinners are suitable for all ages with no minimum.
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your activity for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
We accept cash on arrival in Dirhams, Euros, US Dollars and British Pounds, as well as online card payments via VISA and MasterCard through our secure booking system.
